I tuned in to KOA and heard advertisements for IBM and Advanced Auto Parts before the station ID "an iHeart radio station" and "News Radio 850 KOA Denver".  There was then an announcement by Joe Chiaro, with a brief weather and traffic report, and at midnight, "850 KOA covers Colorado as Fox News covers America."  News read by Sam ___ was read after the top of the hour.
                                    
The signal was weak at a distance of over 600 miles, with little interference from other stations but some noise and fading.  Nonetheless, the content was generally usable and the station IDs and announcements mostly clear.
