This is low-power tourist information station with information for travelers [travellers!], historical information about Canada, and repeating station IDs. Although this station appears on my iPod Touch as a streaming station, it never connects; thus, the only way I could ever expect to hear this station would be through Global Tuners (or the next time I visit Niagara Falls).
I tuned in and heard public service announcements about child abuse, the Children's Wish Foundation Canada, and information about tuberculosis from the Assembly of First Nations; historical blurbs about viking settlements in Canada, Agnes Macphail (Canada's first woman MP), and a nostalgic reenactment of the nineteenth-century baseball team known as the Tecumsehs of London, Ontario, all "part of our heritage from Historica and this station”; and details of the "Gateway Niagara Information Center [Centre!]".

The signal was consistent but the volume was low. There was no background interference from other stations and no fading, but due to the low power output from the station, there was a fair amount of static, even at the minimal distance to the receiver.
A short clip of the transmission with station ID can be accessed here.
(May need to increase the volume control on your computer.)

I sent a request for a QSL via U.S. mail on September 23, 2011.
I will post it here as soon as it arrives.
