I tuned in to KSL and heard the "Nightside Project" with a discussion of an individual who hit his head, lost his memory, couldn't recognize his family, and then wrote a book called My Life Deleted.  The text number 57500 was announced.  A station ID "KSL News Radio, Utah's FM traffic station" was given, with "traffic and weather together", listing both the FM and AM frequencies.  A Halloween-themed advertisement for Gene Harvey Chevrolet ensued.

The signal was relatively strong, with no interference, but there was "white noise" to some extent.  The signal did not fade and was quite consistently usable.

A short clip of the transmission with station ID can be accessed here.
(May need to increase the volume control on your computer.)

The station’s web site is linked here.

Here is a virtual screenshot of the receiver (actually an ICOM PCR-1000
with a discone antenna) from Global Tuners (click to enlarge):

I sent a request for a QSL via U.S. mail on October 11, 2011.

A QSL card was received on December 9, 2011, as shown below.
Thank you, KSL!  (Click to enlarge.)
