I tuned in to WEGP for a discussion of the "Hebrew Torah", the Sumerian texts, DNA and genetics, and evolution. There was an announcement of "Coast to Coast AM.com" with a brief musical interlude. An advertisement for a clothing store followed (though at this point, fading kicked in to some extent).
A station ID "Talk of the County, 1390 WEGP" and a time check at 2:30 AM followed. Steve Rappaport then gave a report about Steve Jobs' passing away and about President Obama's job creation bill, mentioning "Fox News". A weather report ensued, with another station ID, mentioning "Aroostook County". "Be Well, Be Inspired" was then presented (and more fading). A KFC advertisement came next, before fading caused a loss of useful signal.

The signal was fairly strong at times, but there was some discernible interference and noise behind the signal. As stated, there was persistent fading.
Here is a virtual screenshot of the receiver (actually an ICOM PCR-1000
with a loop antenna aimed for NE/SW signals; this signal was 90° off that target)

I sent a request for a QSL via U.S. mail on October 11, 2011.
I will post it here as soon as it arrives.
